Planetariumsprojektor

Travelling to outer space without a spacecraft and an astronaut's outfit? No problem in the Nicolaus Copernicus Planetarium near Plärrer. Its domed hall with a diameter of 18 metres makes the furthest galaxies look near enough to touch. In the context of multi-vision shows such as "Adventure Space" or "Trapped in Time and Space", in expert talks and special events, Astronomy topics are presented so that they are easy to understand, and then they are demonstrated in the Planetarium's artificial starry sky.

Children's programmes will make the little ones see how exciting the cosmos is. "Professor Photon" in his witty and informative way will inform them for example, that the invention of the microwave has something to do with the "Big Bang".

The Planetarium offers events suited for various age groups of school students, which can be integrated into both science and arts courses.
