Nuremberg Christmas Angel  

The "Nuremberg Christmas Angel" is chosen every two years. You can meet her in person, whenever she visits "her" market. The requirements for this great honour: the girl must be from Nuremberg, between 16 and 18 years old, and she must have a head for heights. The latter is absolutely necessary, because the Christmas Angel opens Nuremberg Christmas Market from the Gallery of our Lady's Church. Both children and adults can meet her, when she pays a visit to "her" market.
