Great Hall  

The sumptuous façade of the Old City Hall looks almost like an Italian palazzo. The city's fate is still determined here to this day. The oldest part of the building houses the splendid "Great Hall", a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. With a length of 40 metres and width of 12 metres, it was considered the largest secular hall north of the Alps at the time of its construction.
