Marriage Roundabout  

In front of the Weißer Turm (White Tower) is the "Marriage Roundabout", a fountain of marble and bronze, from 1984. The scenes with larger-than-life figures depict "Bittersweet Married Life". They are based on a poem of this title, written by Nuremberg mastersinger, Hans Sachs, in 1541.
